About the Event:

Innovating for Billion is a 2 day event where you will have the opportunity to:

  • Join the tour of Innovation hubs across the city of Boston on Oct 26th
  • Participate in a workshop on Oct 27th. Roll up your sleeves with other participants as the MIT Media Lab team leads an innovation exercise to “spot” and “probe” on exciting Emerging Worlds challenges.

  • Bring colleagues from your organization interested in the Emerging Worlds innovations and sandboxes to share the experience.

We are expanding on what we have developed in Nashik and elsewhere in India.

Engage with collaborators, corporate partners, and MIT Media Lab faculty as we discuss the immediate future for Emerging Worlds – deployment on a large scale. Over the course of your visit, you will have the chance to explore how you and your organization can meet and work with bright and energetic innovators, influence the next big innovation, expand your global network, and help build a new innovation ecosystem where it matters.
