Below is a list of suggestion for hotels close to the conference venue. See also MIT area accommodations. The rates listed below are from the hotel websites. However, in March, you can find good deals from online websites.

The Media Lab is only 1 block from Kendall Red Line T station. The light rail transit (known as 'T') runs till midnight and is fast and very convenient. So you may want to look for hotels near a Red Line stop (e.g. in Alewife).
